For many Mark of the Mask supporters, the work of Samuel Freedman in the press is annoying. He whines about the death of Jill Tarlov and Irving Shachter, and the fact that he was a victim of a NYC cyclist.
Jason Marshall, who killed Jill Tarlov, has to put up with this? And have journalists from the UK photograph him as he runs through red lights in Harlem?
Enough already. The Ski Mask Society is fully behind these guys and those who point out that people like Jill are expendible; as Jason said, 'da bitch got in da way'.
Getting in the way of cyclists is a problem. And this weekend we are proud to say that this problem was addressed by a group of young men in the SMS Youth Party who faced down the security guards, dealers and customers at the Hells Kitchen Market.
All Saints' Day it was, but the SMS Youth Party does not pretend to be angels. Proud to be winged messengers of death, they have already decided that the 'closed to vehicular traffic' and 'get off your bike and walk' signs on 9th Avenue & 39th Street are for moronic, law abiding citizens.
And what do moronic, law abiding citizens get? First, a warning; then, a kicking.
And we are proud to say that Darrin Jennings of the Bronx, who works for the messenger of death speedy delivery company called Homer, rounded up the troops and went into action after being told by one the dealers at the market that he could not ride his bike among the pedestrians. Well, %&*$ THAT!
Daren pretended to dismount when confronted, but kept getting back on, as is the custom with the SMS Youth Party members who ride for Homer. They have been sending a message for months to the flea market that they ARE NOT TO BE MESSED WITH.
But there are always a few who don't get the message. They think the law is on their side. So what.
Daren cursed them out and told one elderly woman dealer she was an ugly bitch. And, for the man who was continuing to tell him that there have been incidents with Homer riders racing through 39th Street when it is closed to traffic, he had more than words. He told this guy he was coming back to *!#(@ him up, and is proud to be on video saying that. The SMS Youth Party is striking a chord here and we are proud. Heil Homer!
That might have sufficed for many a punk crack head in Gotham, but Daren is a cut above - as are his comrades who accompanied him from the Homer HQ in the Gotham Mini Storage facility. They came back to confront the dealer, and managed to assault first his customer, and then the dealer. They intended to do more but for some stupid reason the other dealers, customers and security took sides with the victims and escorted them out of the market.
Good job to the angry young men, I do think they made a point and now the flea market dealers and their customers will shut the *@# up. As will the Gothamites who whine in the press about bicycle messengers.
Word of wisdom: when you see the bright yellow jacket of the Homer dudes, with their big black boxes coming to a street near you, make sure you get the *@^# out of the way and don't end up in the box.

Currently the CEO, Adam Price, and the president of Homer Logistics, Dinis Passarinho, are trying like mad to come up with a defence. Mostly it is ridiculous, like trying to pretend that their young men are being pushed off bikes by elderly dealers. The more they whine they just look stupid and criminal.
UPDATE: Adam Price, CEO of Homer, called Alan Boss, the proprietor of Hells Kitchen Market, to tell him that Homer was posting a guard at the entrance to the market. Alan then spoke to the dealer who was assaulted, who, in turn, came by on Saturday to see if Homer was keeping its word. No surprise therefore that Alan Boss got a call asking if he wanted to talk to other dealers who were witnessing more bike messengers riding by and refusing to dismount. No guard. The dealers were laughing at it in disgust. Adam Price is looking more and more like a hapless liar.
What with such a bad situation, the market is set to lose its stamps and coin dealers, whose presence added much to the street. It was NYC's only outdoor stamps market, save for some amount of philatelic offerings on the tables of dealers at the Chelsea Market on 25th St. Hopefully they will be back in the Spring in time for the Jacob Javits Stamps Show. Homer may well be out of business by then, or the city will see the light and send its own guards to keep the 350,-000 or more expected visitors out of harm's way when they walk from their midtown hotels to the event.

For those who do not realise it, this is an ironic blog...
But the content is real, and yes this event, hard to believe, really did occur.
New York is plagued by cyclists who think it is their political right to endanger other vehicles, smash into pedestrians, and avoid censure. There is waning support for this, down to such pols as Melissa Mark-Viverito who writes letters to the president to get murdering, violence loving terrorists out of jail after they killed New Yorkers on the 4th of July by blowing up a pub.
So she may just support the brat pack that is Homer which refuses constantly to dismount their bikes in the pedestrian zone known as the Hells Kitchen Market, claiming that their rights are being violated when they are confronted.
She may not know that actually a person has the right to not only physically stop them, but make a citizens arrest. Not that a terrorist supporting nut job would care for these facts. Just give them some person with loony political views and a disregard for the law and she's got pen in hand to write to the president and get them out on the streets again. Rapists, murderers, terrorists, and Homer Bike Messengers have a good friend in this wierdo.
But most other NYers, including the majority who are firmly on the left politically, are not into this. And as for bike messenger companies and their rabid employees who can openly disregard the law, disrupt markets and push aside pedestrians, threaten people and then round up a gang of their friends from the Homer HQ to come back and beat on New Yorkers, even the most lefty of Gothamites will have no respect. This is where they are in total support of the NYPD which had to come to the scene, given that the brats who staged the attack were lurking in the area and had left threats to continue their attacks. While nothing bad happened from terrorists on this day of the Marathon, a nasty attack did happen from what is supposed to be a legitimate company in midtown.
So what can we say? Watch your back when you see these hoods in their bright yellow hornet jackets or you may get stung.
Homer Courier Services? This place runs in a brat pack and has trouble with other messenger services. Maybe they hire thugs on purpose. The city is not safe with companies like this, the lone biker is enough of a problem, but what with packs of criminals knocking people down every weekend in my neighbourhood, as they do at the Hells Kitchen Market, it's time for the cops and the politicians to step in.
Keeping the city safe is how to get elected. De Blasio allows all kinds of nonsense, and the comment above is spot on about Melissa Mark-Viverito supporting terrorists. She is the reason that such atrocities occur, and they occur now on a corporate level where entire companies feel they do not need to heed the law, just go fast and make as much $ as you can. I wonder if Homer supports her and her idiot cop hating, terrorist loving pols.
Homer is losing money to the city and to other businesses. The CEO, Adam Price, defends the company which he ridiculously calls 'small'. For which reason he is refusing to do anything to compensate the victims. Homer has gone on a blame the flea market dealers' approach, coming up with a false and ridiculous story that the dealers push the punks off the bikes and spit at them.
In the first place, if their riders were on a bike they were in the wrong; it is clearly indicated that they must get off. Secondly, this claim comes only now when they need to clutch at straws in self defence, and it is rather silly to believe as most dealers are middle aged to geriatric if not wheelchair bound.
The more Homer Logistics tries to weasle out the more they make themselves idiots, and their clients, local restaurants who use them for food delivery, will have to consider if they want to continue business with such people as NYers get fed up with their lies.

Again we might remind people that this is a satirical site, but does point out the warped reality that some people, many of them our leaders, live in. And after nearly a 2-year hiatus we are back at it exposing Homer Logistics and their brat pack. After they assaulted a friend, we took an interest and jumped in. And we might have just backed off, deleted the post and gone back to our everyday humdrum existence if the company had, as they hinted they would, compensate him and the other victims of the crime a few bucks for their time and having to walk around with a black eye.
Maybe they thought a hipster apology would suffice; no. The company seems to be run by these hipster types, and has little idea about responsibility. They blame the cops for slow response, the dealers for not being nicer to their young dudes, and the victim. Everyone but Homer Logistics is at fault here!
Well, wake up and accept your mistakes. Acknowledge the drop in business that others have experienced on 39th Street since you unleashed your brat pack to ride through the BIKERS MUST DISMOUNT sign and ridicule their elders who are trying to make a living. Have some respect for the company that sets up this market every weekend, and for the city which shuts off the street and has to waste their time with 911 calls when your people decide that they are special and do not have to dismount their bikes.
Other businesses and the City of New York apparently are just here for you to ride rough shod over. And so you cry when you see yourselves on this site. I have no pity. Grow up. You are disgusting. We will not only continue to use satire against you, but also to call for a boycott from those restaurants who use your brat pack to deliver their meals.

This guy Adam Price comes to NY and gets money from lots of sources, what he does is contribute to the bike messenger problem, by employing kids like this. Idiots who gave him money will now have to answer to New Yorkers. Years ago some jerk was told to get off his bike on the sidewalk by Andrew Eristoff, then a city councilman, and the kid slashed his face. Now it is Adam Price and the Homer messengers who are telling NYers to shut the fuck up and let them ride around breaking the law.
What is needed is a bike licence; that way hit and run bikers can be traced and prosecuted.
I worked on 39th St., and saw these guys making a mess of things with their bikes
and acting like stupid punks. One dealer had his table stolen by them and was also threatened and moved OUT of Gotham storage, so Gotham is losing $ from this Homer outfit. Adam Price acts like a wimp. He has no solid experience managing people and he needs to step down - and also start drug testing at Homer. A lot of these guys seemed high on something and it was scary.
Too bad some of the politicians are on the side of running lights with their bikes and trying to get terrorists out of jail after the killed people here in NY.
Adam Price knows from this he can run a third world delivery service and terrorize NYers.

The stamps dealers are planning to be back end of May, and a letter to Homer backers will be sent to them so that Homer brats are kept at bay. They could ruin a lof of business for the city as there is a Javits show and hundreds of thousands are expected to attend. We DON'T need tourists seeing Homer brats and leaving with a bad impression or a black eye. The local councilman ought to be contacted as well and the police.
Was there the last weekend and Homer was all over the place, a dealer had to run down a Homer who refused to get off his bike. #s 118, 168, 307 and more were spotted disrespecting the public...and they all try to deny their acts. Still waiting for Homer to reply to our call made three weeks ago when their bikers were ignoring the dismount signs and going the wrong way in traffic. It's hard NOT to see Homer bikers riding around like outlaw idiots in Manhattan. One of them had to have the rules of traffic explained to him by the police - this Homer a young white dude with black hair and a hipster look to him - at the Gay Pride Parade on 5th and 23rd - about 6:45 pm , 26 June. He has on box # 183. That's what you do when you get assaulted by or run over by a Homer biker, you get his box # so you can document them and not have Adam Price tell you nothing happened and try to lie to you about it.

But the local politicians are not man enough to address the issue. They spend time lobbying for terrorists to be out of jail, such as Oscar Rivera. stupid article in the POST today - 7 March 2017 by a lame journalist - Nicole Gelinas - who does not even do a google search of check the local precinct or talk to her fellow NYers before shooting her mouth off. The Homer bikers who beat people up, threatened people, who could rustle up fellow employees at a moments notice to beat people up, were never turned over the to the police even though Homer has CCTV records etc of all their movements; +, the employee who admitted to the crime, should have been told to come pick up his pay and have the police there when he came for it. This is the protocol of a business that has employees who beat up the local residents and merchants.
Price is a sick whiner too; after the company assured the victims, who were merchants and lots time and $ over this, that they would be 'taken care of', Adam Price whined that Homer was a small company. So they could not pay individuals.
Two people had a black eye and back problems as a result of this, plus a chipped tooth and other problems. Other people had been assaulted and insulted, stuff stolen, and the way Homer bikers ran through a no vehicle outside market made lots of people uncomfortable and dealers lost $ in that environment.
Gelinas is maybe not sick, just too lazy to google this information. I like the POST. Luckily she does not work full time for it, and I hope they NEVER hire her again. This is just idiotic. What next? An article on Mara Salvatrucha as entrepeneurs?

We have to put up with all kinds of bad bikers here, some kill people, and on a daily basis bikers run into pedestrians and harm us. They are UNREGULATED.
One suggestion that Ken made to Adam Price was drug testing. He refused. We are now working on legislation for companies such as his that have violent criminals in their work force that beat up NYers to have MANDATORY DRUG TESTING.
So get real Nicole. Use google and check the facts that people are posting up before you come up with a fairy tale and waste the time of the NY POST editor.
